Kevin Costner, the renowned actor, and his wife Christine Baumgartner have amicably settled their divorce after nearly 19 years of marriage.
The couple managed to avoid a trial that was scheduled for December by the reaching an agreement.
The divorce proceedings included a contentious court battle over child support the payments.
A judge ordered Costner to pay approximately $63,000 per month for their three children after both Costner and Baumgartner testified in a two-day hearing.
Costner and Baumgartner, who is a model and handbag designer, have two sons and a daughter together.
This was Costner’s second marriage, and he is also has four adult children from the previous relationships.
Despite the divorce, Costner continues to make public the appearances, including hosting a charity event attended by the Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Amid the divorce proceedings, there are reports suggesting that Costner’s agents are keen for his return to ‘Yellowstone’.
